On Wednesday, August 14, prior to the White Sox-Astros game, the Pitch & Hit Club made its annual donation to White Sox Charities. The money donated came from proceeds from the Awards Banquet that was held in January.

Chicago White Sox Charities is a nonprofit corporation. They work tirelessly to lift up those most in need throughout the Chicagoland Area.

CWSC focuses on promoting youth education and advancement, sharing the love of the game through youth baseball initiatives, assisting children and families in crisis and championing those battling cancer. Since in inception in 1990, CWSC has donated more than $30 million to nonprofit organizations across the city and surrounding areas.
